These Terms form a binding contract between you and Soma Evergreen ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Coaching is a wellness service, not licensed therapy. Scheduling or payments occur through separate client agreements, subject to HIPAA and California laws.

All Site content, including text, logos, and materials describing services, is owned by Soma Evergreen or licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Your use does not grant ownership rights.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You must be at least 18 years old. Do not use the Site for illegal purposes, harassment, or transmitting viruses. We may terminate access for violations without notice.
Payments and Refunds
Any fees for consultations or services are outlined in separate agreements. All sales are final unless otherwise stated; refunds are at our discretion per policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Soma Evergreen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Site use. Total liability is limited to $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Soma Evergreen against claims arising from your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Orange County, California. You waive jury trials and class actions.
