Integrative Nervous System Coaching

Somatic EMDR—the heart of Soma Evergreen.
Healing that honors the whole ecosystem of you.

Rather than asking you to push through or relive, we let your body lead what is ready. When somatic awareness and EMDR are woven together, both body and mind are invited into the healing process—not as separate parts, but as one living system. Trauma processing becomes slower, safer, and deeply respectful of your natural rhythm. Because the body has been doing the work this whole time—bracing, adapting, holding what was too much to feel at once. This work doesn't override that. It honors it. And in that honoring, something long-held begins, finally, to release. We move with your rhythm. Never ahead of it.

A session may include:
  • settling into the body and orienting to safety
  • sensing what wants attention—a feeling, memory, or sensation
  • tracking signals with curiosity and care
  • gentle bilateral stimulation to support processing
  • noticing shifts, images, or subtle releases slowing whenever  intensity rises
  • moving between activation and regulation
  • completing autonomic cycles that were once interrupted
  • integrating through breath, sound, or soft movement

Over time, this work creates a felt sense of steadiness and trust—inside your body, and within yourself.

Who this work supports:
This space is for those who move through daily life with a deep sensitivity—and sometimes feel overwhelmed by it.

Perhaps you recognize yourself in one or more of these experiences:
Man with a beard wearing a white shirt placing hands over his heart outdoors.
  • emotional sensitivity or frequent overwhelm
  • anxiety, tension, or chronic alertness
  • looping thoughts or difficulty settling
  • deep empathy that becomes exhausting
  • patterns that repeat despite insight and effort
  • dissociation, numbness, or shutdown
  • healing from trauma, heartbreak, or relational rupture
  • longing for safety, depth, and authentic connection
  • tendencies toward self-abandonment or codependency

Your nervous system learned to protect you, but it can better serve you. It is richly adaptive—it can learn new rhythms.
The support I offer:
I aim to provide an intentional, compassionate space to meet your inner world and tend to your nervous system at its own pace. I listen beneath words—tracking breath, posture, tone, and subtle movement—to sense what wants care, what is ready to soften, and what needs protection. Your body leads. I follow.

Together, we nurture the capacities that help your system settle, reorganize, feel anchored, and more at home within itself.

This work may include:
  • nervous system regulation and repair
  • inner child and parts support
  • healing attachment and relational wounds
  • boundary setting rooted in self-trust
  • expanding emotional capacity
  • reconnecting to intuition and embodied knowing
  • trauma integration
Our work weaves together:
  • integrative somatic EMDR
  • embodied awareness and nervous system tracking
  • bilateral stimulation
  • resourcing and stabilization
  • relational attunement and repair
  • vagal support and grounding
  • honoring capacity over intensity
This approach is body-led rather than mind-driven. The intention is simple and deep: to help you feel safe enough to feel.
People often leave sessions calmer, more rooted, more spacious—surprised by how gently something shifted. That gentleness is the point.
